Sound Processing Unit

Our company possesses a sound processing unit, which is equipped with all required tools and technology required for effective processing of marine food products. But these fishing season last for only 9 months hence, the vessel operate on daily basis during this season. Our dedicated team of fisher man returns to the shore or coast once the vessel storage is full. The harvested sardine then delivered to plant for processing. After weighing and sampling but prior to packaging and delivering, this sardine are cooked, pressed and dried in disc dryer and milled.

The process from procuring of raw material to the final dispatch is explained in below mentioned diagram:

Raw material-- raw material tank-- screw conveyor-- cooker-- double screw press (it is divided into liquid pressing and cake pressing)-- odor from container tanks-- deodorization system.
